Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of signed delivery.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Unworn/unused/with ALL tags attached/ and in its original box or packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Due to the rarity of each model produced as well as credit card and handling fees, PAOLO will refund the purchase price minus a ten percent administrative fee of returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Paolo does not refund shipping charges.
EXCHANGE
We gladly accept exchanges within the time period allowed.
Price differences will be noted and credited.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1 week of receipt. If you have additional questions regarding our return policy, please send and e-mail to info@paoloshoes.com
You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements will not be credited.
There are no credit card refunds on sale merchandise. All customers returning items on sale will be issued a store credit.
Return Procedure
1- Pack the merchandise to be returned using the original shoebox/packaging.
2- Include the original receipt or a copy and indicate the reason for return.
